Data center cleaning, from first phase to live white space.
In a data hall, dust is an equipment risk, not just a looks problem. We clean data centers through the construction phases and handover, then keep the white space and subfloors clean once the halls are running.

What’s included
White space and data halls
Raised-floor surfaces, aisles, containment areas and the outside of racks and cabinets, cleaned with HEPA-filtered and anti-static equipment.
Subfloor and plenum cleaning
Floor tiles lifted in sections so dust and debris can be cleared from the underfloor air path, then reset.
Construction-phase cleaning
Rough, final and punch-list cleans timed to your build schedule and turnover.
Electrical, UPS and battery rooms
Cleaning of the rooms that power the halls, coordinated with your facility team.
ISO 14644 cleaning with particle testing
Work planned to your target cleanliness class, with particle testing to check the result.
Recurring programs
Scheduled cleaning after handover, with frequency set hall by hall.

Frequently asked questions
Do you clean data halls and white space?
Yes. We clean data halls and white space, including subfloor and raised-floor cleaning, as well as construction-phase cleaning through handover. We work within your site’s safety, access and cleanliness requirements.
Why does the subfloor need cleaning?
In many halls the space under the raised floor carries cooling air to the racks. Dust and construction debris left there can ride that air into equipment, so it should be cleaned on a regular cycle.
How do you work around live equipment?
We plan each visit with your facility team, follow your access, escort and change-management rules, and use HEPA-filtered, anti-static equipment. Crews are trained in OSHA safety and lockout/tagout. We clean the outside of racks and cabinets only.
Can you clean to ISO 14644 standards?
Yes. We clean to the ISO 14644 cleanroom class in your specification and use particle testing to confirm the result.
How often should a data hall be cleaned?
It depends on foot traffic, nearby construction and filtration. Many sites pair routine surface cleaning with less frequent subfloor cleaning. We recommend a schedule after a walkthrough.
